This week, the High Court will hear Sex Matters’ challenge to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) guidance on deception and consent in sexual offence cases.
Does it not strike people as nonsensical that someone would claim the need for privacy regarding identity when the context is getting naked and having sex? Such intimacy seems to imply that the participants have already gotten pretty darn private with each other.

Good luck with this case. The principle that we get to decide on the sex of person we wish to have intercourse with should be clear enough.
