On the one hand it still astounds me that you are needed. That sex is still seen as something that is up for debate. And on the other I am so grateful for all that you do.
I love what Sex Matters does but it kind of sucks to not disclose your donors, because it offers no help to feminist organizations in other countries to figure out how (and whether it is possible) to emulate your organization.
So -- not saying this is the case, I have no idea -- if you got a million pounds from JK Rowling that's great, but it's not a model for anybody anywhere else because we can't magic up our own national JK Rowling.
If you really are crowdfunded by monthly donors, that's amazing, maybe a Sex Matters Canada, Australia, US, NZ, etc. could hope to replicate your funding model (well, relative to population size in each country).
But "look what's possible with a million pounds, sorry we won't tell you exactly how to accomplish that vital step 1 in founding your own similar organization"
is a bummer as a first annual report, to be perfectly honest.
Well done! Now, a plan to take Sex Matters global?
Thanks for your wonderful summary of all your great work.

What an astonishing list!

My thoughts exactly, although a potential JKR in Australia might be Gina Reinhardt.
I give them £10 per month. I imagine that I am not alone
I give them a modest amount each month and have done so since they began.
