For anyone looking in from the outside, the trans movement looks and sounds like something out of a latterday version of Lewis Carroll's 'Alice' books. From the inside, in the eyes of the characters, it looks logically consistent and infallibly true.

Both versions are true at the same time, because in Woke Asylumworld, the inmates 'lived experience' is unquestionably valid and anyone who 'denies' it is equally infallibly a 'transphobe' and needs to be 'taught a lesson', in the 'caring but punitive' tradition of the Delores Umbridge School of Correction.

In this Mad Magazine trans-world, the threat of escape from its reality bubble is existential, because outside its glossy pictures and well crafted cartoons, post-escape, it no longer exists except as an ideological daydream, and all its accumulated power over the daydreamer evaporates. The dream goes pop. That is why the Red Queen and her army of Spades will go to any lengths to make sure the dreamer doesn't wake up.

That's why asylum inmates get more than just 'a little upset' if their true vision of themselves is pricked in some way by a careless warder who forgets to call him a her.

For Wokes, this conundrum has a regime one, because they have escaped the asylum and taken over the means of social reproduction and administration. The Red Queens are in charge and their vision of themselves is now institutionalized. And they have to be real or their Ascendancy as a social class disintegrates. Anyone who denies them denies everything. And like in a spaceship, if there is even a small hole in its skin, the atmosphere that keeps everyone alive starts to leak out under pressure that inevitably enlarges the hole as it goes.

The Woke are so invested in their dream they cannot tolerate contradiction; even small ones...

Bring back the single sex communal changing rooms and showers where gay men could always spot and cruise other gay men with the added bonus of seeing plenty of albeit unavailable/ uninterested top totty as well as indulging the fine art known as inspection of the penis.

The Woke as a class are a bit like Vlad Putin as an individual. They and he are so deeply invested in their ideological adventurism, that if it fails, it won't just be politically embarrassing. It will destroy them.

In my view, both of them have risked absolutely everything they've got and not got on getting their agenda done, and if it goes ill for them, there is an existential cliff waiting not that far away.

And what they have to do to prevent that happening means there won't be any mercy from the people they have tried to trample over, if they do not win.

Oh I dunno I wouldn’t mind swopping out our loathsome oligarchs for Putin. If a few sketchy businessmen and politicians fell out of windows or suffered sudden heart attacks what’s not to like?

The next female assaulted or threatened by a TIM in any of those Burroughs should have a nice lawsuit.

If they’re breaking the law - contact the police - see if they have the same ferocity on this as they do about a gender critical tweet.

Thanks, guys.

I wrote to EHRC about this and they sent me a waffly reply - see below.

Do you think that you - perhaps with others - may have to take action?

Have cross posted

I keep saying it because it’s true: the only thing that will change the minds of "trans allies" is if they themselves, personally, are assaulted by a cockfrocker in a women’s restroom or locker room, or if their little Suzies are hurt on a playing field by a male. #NotMyFaultTheirs

Why don’t women’s rights matter any more??

I’d like permission to send to my MP an area historically blue but turned Labour last time. Increasingly, Women like me, retired public sector employee and lifelong labour voter are wondering if we have a political home. Can’t vote Tory, can’t vote Green. If we cant count on Labour to support us! Well then who or if anyone should we vote for. I don’t know what impact it will have but I’m not sure how else I can make a difference.
